Steven Jay Blum (born in Santa Monica, California, on April 28, 1960) is an American voice actor. Some of his best known roles include Jaimie from Megas XLR, TOM of Toonami fame, Wolverine in nearly all Marvel and X-Men media in the past 15 years, Duke, Roadblock and Zartan from G.I. Joe Resolute, the second voice of King Nixel from Mixels, Amon from The Legend of Korra and many more.
In regards to dubbing anime, he's well known in those circles as well, having been Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop, Roger Smith from The Big O, Jake Martinez from Tiger and Bunny, a large amount of Digimon characters, Leeron from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, and Orochimaru from Naruto. You can also hear him in numerous video games, including characters such as Jack from MadWorld, Sub-Zero from Mortal Kombat X and Injustice 2, Killer Croc and Electrocutioner from the Batman: Arkham series, and Anti-Venom from Spider-Man: Edge of Time.
Clearly, he's a very busy man! Even Peter Cullen has described him as a "Beast" when it comes to voice acting.
